Wine Dinners - Grassa Gramma
Project type
Event Marketing & Execution
Date
2026
Location
Louisville, KY
I play an integral role in the planning, promotion, creative development, and execution of Grassa Gramma’s wine dinner series, helping bring each event to life from the initial promotional campaign through the guest experience itself.
For each wine dinner, I develop the creative strategy and promotional materials used to generate awareness and drive attendance. This includes designing event menus, promotional collateral, digital assets, and other branded materials that communicate the theme, featured winery, and culinary experience while maintaining consistency with the Grassa Gramma brand.
My involvement extends beyond pre-event marketing into the production of the dinner itself. I create the event show script and presentation, develop in-show video content, and coordinate the visual storytelling that accompanies the evening’s programming. These materials help guide guests through the experience while highlighting the featured wines, winery, chefs, and courses.
During the events, I capture live photo and video content to document the experience in real time. This content is then repurposed across social media, email marketing, and other promotional channels to extend the life of each event and build interest in future wine dinners. By capturing both the details of the event and the overall guest experience, I am able to create a library of authentic content that can be used to promote upcoming dinners and demonstrate the quality and atmosphere of the series.
Through this work, I contribute to every stage of the wine dinner marketing cycle - from concept development and promotional design to event production, live content creation, and post-event marketing. The result is a cohesive visual and promotional experience that connects the initial invitation with the in-person event and continues to support future programming.
